📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in its original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Have the original seal intact.
  • Be in resalable condition.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Tester or sample fragrances (unless damaged or defective)
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence

🔄 How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The reason for the return
    • Clear photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

💳 Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If your order arrives:

  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging

🌸 Fragrance Care

To maintain the quality of your fragrance:

  • Store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid direct sunlight.
  • Keep away from excessive heat and humidity.

Minor variations in fragrance color over time may occur due to natural ingredients and do not necessarily indicate a defective product.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different fragrance, please return the eligible unopened item (if applicable) and place a new order separately.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

📭 Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because:

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided,
  • Delivery was refused,
  • The package was unclaimed,

any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
