📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

🇺🇸 Shipping Destinations

Scents Stories currently ships within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

After your order has been processed:

Expedited Shipping (If Available)

  • 1–3 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Package weight
  • Order value

From time to time, Scents Stories may offer Free Shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Promotional terms will be displayed during checkout.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Scents Stories is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Invalid ZIP codes
  • Customer-provided address errors

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available through the shipping carrier's system.

📭 Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages

If your package appears lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you by working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, Scents Stories is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Stolen packages
  • Deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer

We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive your package.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our customer support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

🌸 Fragrance Care During Shipping

To help preserve fragrance quality:

  • Store perfumes in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive heat or cold.

If your fragrance has been exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping, allow it to reach room temperature before use.

❌ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot:

  • Cancel the order
  • Change the shipping address
  • Modify the items purchased

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
